Susan Kims Cookbooks

Susan Kim was born in Pusan, South Korea and has lived in the United States for many years. She has been cooking Korean Cuisine professionally for the past 42 years and has recently adapted hundreds of Korean receipes to American methods of preparation to make healthy, delectable Korean foods more accessible to all. Her first book Lowfat Korean Cooking, published in 1995, is currently available for purchase. Her recipes can also be found in "H" is for Holiday.

Susan has made regular appearances on KCRA Channel 3 and KVIE Channel 6 Sacramento, California. She can be heard on American and Korean radio stations like KDVS Davis 90.3, KAHI am 950 and Seoul Radio AM 1400.
